Only a few years ago the auditorium of this classic theatre was a giraffe house in the Stuttgart Zoo. Enlightended restoration, the third in the theatre's 150 year history, saved this "Kings" theatre.

The main curtain, a vermilion orange CLIVIA velour emblazoned with gold fringe, handmade borders and golden tassels, exactly reproduces the traditional ambience of this superb theatre.
