ECHO VELOUR Echovelour is 47" wide, made by combining flameretarded cotton velour with a polyvinylidene backing. It is a sound reflective, light absorbing fabric which is designed to maximize the sound energy projected from the stage to the auditorium while retaining the look of traditional stage velour. Echovelour is 12 times more sound reflective than standard cotton velour. Echovelour has a NRC absorption coefficient of .05 when tested in accordance with ASTM C 423 and E 795. Compared to cotton velours which have an NRC of .6, Echovelour dramatically increases the sound energy reflected to the audience. DUVETYNE This material is really equivalent to what is known as Commando Cloth. Duvetyne is opaque, flameretardant and napped on both sides. Since it is available 9'10" wide, it used easily as inexpensive masking legs, borders, and backdrops. Available in black, gray, light gray, blue, dark blue, red and white by the yard or in bolt quatities of 65.5 yards (60 m).
DEKOMOLTON Dekomolton is a lightweight, pure cotton, flameretardant duvetyne available in 32 colors. It is 51" wide (130 cm). Certain colors are available 9'10" wide. 51" wide goods are avaialable in bolt lengths of 32.8 yards (30 m) or 65.5 yards (60 m) and 9'10" wide goods are available only in bolt lengths of 32.8 yards (30 m).
TREVIRA VOILE Trevira Voile is a silk-like, inherently flameretardant, semi-transparent fabric quite often used to create wispy costumes or stage effects. Trevira Voile weighs slightly less than 2 oz. per square yard and is available in white or black 9'10" (3 m) or 13'9" (4.20 m) wide by the yard or in bolt lengths of 65.5 yards (60 m).
LASER SCRIM Laser Scrim is a flame retardant silk-like fabric extremely light weight and airy. Developed as a surface for laser projection, this fabric looks like smoke when rear illuminated. It is often used as a display cloth in showroom windows, costume applications and as a rear effects projection material in theatrical and event productions. When front projected, a sparkler effect is created. A bright image with dancing points of light. It has a silver sheen and is semi-transparent. SATIN CS Satin CS is normally used as an inherently flameretarded lining material on stage curtains. Because of its soft hand and slight sheen, it also makes a great material for any type of drapery. Available 55" wide (140 cm) by the yard or in bolt lengths of 32.8 yards (30 m) or 65.5 yards (60 m). 33 different colors available in bolt quantites only. Satin CS weighs about 14 oz. per square yard.
UNISATIN Unisatin is an extremely durable, opaque lining fabric made from very tightly woven flameproofed cotton. Unisatin is 47" wide (120 cm) available in black by the yard or in bolt lengths of 65.5 yards (60 m).
GERRA Gerra is woven from the same fabric as most of our inherently flameretatded materials, Trevira CS. Gerra is woven with a bit more open weave than Satin CS, weighting about 11 oz. per square yard. Gerra is available in 43 colors, 55" wide (140 cm) in bolt quantities of 54.6 yards (50 m).
